B&Q Croydon / New Malden Area is seeking a Trading Team Manager to lead an inclusive, high performing team on the sales floor, driving stock management, promotions and great customer service.
You will coach colleagues, lead end-to-end stock cycles, and use sales data to review commercial performance and improve availability. This permanent role offers up to £37,500 per annum, plus a company bonus, pension and 6.6 weeks holiday.
