We are looking for a passionate Stock Supervisor – 40 hours per week to join our team and be part of this exciting journey.

How you’ll make a difference

  • Oversee and coordinate daily stockroom operations, ensuring an organized, efficient, and safe environment that supports overall store performance.
  • Manage the receiving, processing, tagging, storage, and movement of merchandise, including returns, damages, stock transfers, and inbound and outbound goods.
  • Maintain high levels of stock accuracy by monitoring inventory, coordinating stock counts, and identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of the sales floor, maintaining product availability and supporting the sales team.
  • Ensure all merchandise is correctly stored and organized, enabling efficient access, seamless product flow, and stock availability across the sales floor.
  • Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, maintaining high operational standards.
  • Support and coach stockroom team members, ensuring efficiency, collaboration, and adherence to operational standards.
  • Support the Store Manager and the management team in implementing company initiatives, operational procedures, and stock management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, health & safety procedures, and operational guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in premium or luxury retail, with previous stockroom or supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of stockroom operations, inventory management, and retail processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and support a team.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to operational challenges.
  • Good understanding of retail performance and stock management KPIs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS/inventory management systems.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • Passion for fashion, denim, and premium lifestyle brands.
