Food Team Manager

We’re looking for a Team Manager to join our welcoming and close-knit team within Harrods’ vibrant Food Halls. As a key member of the Foodhall leadership team, you’ll bring the heritage of Harrods Food & Beverage to life, supporting operational excellence, food safety, financial performance and exceptional customer experiences. With a people-first approach and strong commercial focus, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering results across your department and the wider Foodhall.

You’re a confident and experienced people leader who thrives in a fast-paced food retail environment. Whether you’ve built your career in supermarkets, food retail or hospitality, you bring a strong track record of leading successful teams, delivering commercial results and maintaining high operational standards. A visible and relationship-led manager, you’re at your best on the shop floor, building strong connections with colleagues and stakeholders while creating an inclusive and high-performing environment.

You will also be:

• An inspiring leader with the ability to engage, motivate and develop high-performing teams through clear communication and coaching.
• Commercially minded, with a proven track record of delivering strong sales and service performance within a food retail environment.
• Resilient and growth-oriented, actively seeking feedback and using it to drive continuous improvement.
• Self-aware and comfortable navigating change, ambiguity and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Confident in managing operational processes, food safety requirements and compliance standards within a busy retail environment.
