The RoleWe are currently looking to recruit a confident Sales Assistant to join our friendly team at our thriving Hatton Garden Store. You will be the face of the store, delivering a reliable and friendly service to our customers, offering advice and expertise on our range of products and ensuring our customers have everything they need.
Key responsibilities- Giving expert advice to customers at the Sales Counter.
- Getting involved with the preparation of Click & Collect orders.
- Serving the Click & Collect customers.
- Getting stuck in with the delivery and helping with other Stock Control-related duties.
- Getting to learn about the latest Technology in Big Tools (we give demonstrations to customers on Laser Welders, CNC Cutters/Engravers and more!)
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in a customer-facing role, a desire to deliver excellent customer service and to go the extra mile to get the job done.
An interest in jewellery making and tech would be beneficial, but not essential.

Our working week totals 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 08:30-16:45 with a 45-minute unpaid break.
