Private Shopping Porter

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support the day‑to‑day running of our Private Shopping function, helping to ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly after a client purchase has been made. This is a predominantly back‑of‑house role, focused on the movement, handling and dispatch of luxury purchases.

• Coordinating stock and product movements across Private Shopping locations
• Supporting with the processing and handling client returns efficiently and accurately
• Packing and preparing client purchases for dispatch, including international deliveries
• Working closely with our dispatch team to ensure orders are sent out correctly and on time
• Maintaining organised, safe and efficient working spaces
• Assisting with the movement of luxury items throughout the store
• Providing ad hoc operational support where required

This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, approaches new challenges with enthusiasm and initiative, and takes pride in supporting a team behind the scenes. Previous stock experience is not essential. Instead, we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn. You'll thrive in a fast‑moving environment where priorities can change quickly and every day brings something different.

As a hands‑on and active role, you'll spend much of your day on the move, supporting the smooth running of our Private Shopping operation.

You will also:
