Retail Assistant - Ski Clothing Department

As a Retail Assistant in our Ski Clothing Department, you'll help customers choose the right ski apparel for comfort, performance, and style on the slopes. You'll share your enthusiasm for skiing and outdoor life while delivering excellent customer service.

• Helping customers choose ski clothing & accessories to suit their needs

• Offering advice on layering, technical fabrics, & product care

• Sharing your expertise, product knowledge, & passion for skiing

• Working with your team to deliver excellent service & create a welcoming environment

• Maintaining store displays & stock presentation

• Completing daily store operations accurately & efficiently

• Passionate about skiing & outdoor sports

• A confident communicator with good people skills

• Enjoy helping customers & creating a welcoming experience

• Eager to learn & keep up with brands, trends, & product developments

• Honest, hardworking, & team-focused

• Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, & holidays

• Fluent in English; extra languages are a plus
