We are currently looking for a motivated and experinced Mortgage Adivser to join our client's expanding team in the Upminster area. They areathriving, market-leading estate agency that offers its Mortgage Advisers comprehensive training, ongoing support, strong earning potential and a clear path to career progression. For this position they are ideally, our client is looking for someone who hasa proven track record as a Mortgage Adviser, preferably with Estate Agency experience.

• Full-time
• Office-based role

• Base Salary package - £25,000 - £40,000
• OTE £50,000 - £100,000
• Uncapped commission, generous structure (15% - 50% of banked income)
• Additional commission after referrals to estate agency, lettings, conveyancing, and surveyors

• Collaborate effectively with estate agency teams to promote mortgage and financial services

• Convert booked appointments into successful business outcomes
• Follow up on missed opportunities and maintain ongoing customer contact
• Ensure adherence to sales structures, compliance, and quality guidance
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
