Area Sales Manager Paints & Coatings
Mitchell Maguire Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Area Sales Manager specialised in Paints & Coatings.
About the roleField sales position, selling a range of distributed paint & coatings to paint & decorators, main & sub-contractors. Flexibly based in Central or South East. We expect a turnover of £750k-£1m by year 2.
Responsibilities- Generate new business within the paint & coatings sector.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and support existing accounts.
- Target turnover between £750k-£1m by year 2.
- Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with contractors.
- Report on sales performance and market activity.
- Field sales experience in paint & coatings sector.
- Proven track record selling to paint & decorators, main & sub-contractors.
- Ability to hit the ground running and achieve targets.
- Outgoing, empathetic, and charismatic.
£50,000 - £55,000 base salary + commission (to be confirmed). Benefits include £5,000 car allowance and possibility of a company car.
