You will be responsible for driving new business growth while developing and maximising existing accounts across the APAC territory. The role combines strategic account development, channel management, and direct engagement with key broadcasters, production organisations, distributors, and system integrators.
Responsibilities- Deliver and exceed annual sales targets across the APAC region
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities
- Grow and maximise revenue from existing key accounts
- Manage and drive performance of distributors and channel partners
- Develop strong relationships with system integrators and senior stakeholders
- Lead high-value, low-volume, project-based sales cycles
- Manage tender and bid processes
- Maintain consistent in-market presence through customer visits, trade shows, demonstrations and events
- Ensure accurate CRM reporting and pipeline management
- Maintain strong product, market and competitor knowledge
This is a high-profile, revenue-driving role suited to a strong international sales professional with experience in complex, project-led sales environments. The position is UK-based but requires significant international travel (circa 50%) across Asia-Pacific. This is a highly autonomous role requiring commercial maturity, cultural awareness, and the ability to operate confidently at senior decision-maker level. I am looking for a commercially driven sales professional with a proven track record in international markets.
Qualifications- Experience selling to senior managers and directors within major accounts
- Experience managing distributors and system integrators
- Proven success in high-value, project-based sales environments
- Experience with tender and bid-led sales processes
- Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills
- Excellent organisational, forecasting and reporting capability
- Ability to travel internationally for extended periods (circa 50%)
- Knowledge of broadcast workflows, IP-based systems or AoIP
- Experience selling professional audio or broadcast equipment
- Familiarity with APAC broadcast markets
