Leading events business seeks a highly ambitious Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a high‑growth media business selling high‑value, bespoke sponsorship and exhibition packages to a global client base within a highly lucrative market.
Salary: £40,000–£55,000 base + uncapped commission + excellent benefits. Hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business, increase pipeline and bring on new prospects.
- Manage a number of high‑value, existing accounts.
- Sell high‑value sponsorship packages and exhibition opportunities.
- Pitch clients over the phone and through face‑to‑face meetings.
- Attend competitor events.
- Use consultative selling – sell creatively with solution‑led approach.
Qualifications:
- 3 + years B2B sales experience – ideally in event sponsorship.
- Strong desire to sell.
- Degree education ideally.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record achieving revenue targets.
- Consultative sales approach.
