We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Business Development Manager to help grow the business by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

This role suits someone who enjoys being out in the field, opening doors, and creating value — not just closing deals. You'll play a key role in shaping future growth, working closely with internal teams to deliver the right solutions for customers.

What you’ll be doing
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within your target market
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to negotiation and close
  • Attending meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand customer needs
  • Developing tailored proposals and solutions that add real value
  • Tracking activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM systems
  • Keeping up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and excellent customer experience
