Account Manager – urgently required.
Working at a friendly, forward-thinking Membership Organisation.
The post is paying £32 000 with on target earnings of £37 000. Hybrid – 2 days office based near St James Park. 3 days working remote from home.

As the Account Manager, you’ll be driving membership growth, developing corporate partnerships and strengthening relationships that make a real impact.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations and the Marketing team to turn leads into lasting partnerships, support existing members and unlock new revenue streams. If you enjoy consultative selling, meaningful conversations and being part of a collaborative team, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
Driving Growth
* Prospect and convert both warm and cold leads across B2C and B2B audiences
* Grow Corporate Partnerships and develop new business opportunities
* Sell sponsorship packages for the trade flagship annual event
* Contribute to innovative membership recruitment campaigns
* Represent brands at exhibitions and industry events
Building Strong Relationships
* Be the first point of contact for new and prospective members
* Conduct account reviews with Corporate Partners
* Lead renewal conversations and strengthen long-term retention
* Upsell relevant products and value-added services
* Facilitate smooth payment processes and support billing queries
