This role is key to supporting our sales staff, coordinating projects, and ensuring customers receive the highest standard of service.
Assist the sales team with quotes, orders, and customer enquiries
Coordinate with design, installation and logistics teams
Maintain accurate order and project records
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Support the sales process from start to finish
Candidate RequirementsExperience in sales support or administration

Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Detail-focused, proactive, and reliable
Industry experience is an advantage, but full training is provided
