Business Development Manager

Overview

Award winning, global media events business seeks a highly talented Sponsorship Sales Manager to sell across their flagship Tech events portfolio.

Hybrid (1 Day in the office).

• Generate new business, increase pipeline and bring on new prospects
• Manage a number of existing accounts
• Sell high‑value sponsorship opportunities
• Pitch clients over the phone and through face‑to‑face meetings
• Travel internationally as required
• Attend competitor events
• Apply consultative and solution‑led selling techniques

• 2‑5+ years in B2B sponsorship/exhibition sales
• Strong desire to sell and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets
• Ideally degree‑educated with excellent communication skills
• Outgoing and sociable individual with a consultative sales approach
• Someone who can creatively sell through solution‑led selling

Our client will pay a flat 8% on all deals – considerably above the market rate of 5%.

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 plus excellent benefits.
