Broker Development Manager – Commercial P&C
Location:
Remote with South/London Coverage
Base Salary:
Up to £70,000-£85,000 + bonus/benefits
- Manage and grow a panel of wholesale broker relationships
- Win new broker accounts and drive profitable growth
- Promote a broad suite of commercial P&C products
- Work closely with internal underwriting and broking teams
- Travel to the London Market and across the South as needed
- Experience in account management/business development
- Strong relationship builder and confident communicator
- Commercially minded, self‑motivated and target‑driven
- Comfortable with Excel and CRM/database systems
