Account Manager

CIG Healthcare Partnership is an agency serving global pharmaceutical clients, developing and delivering innovative, multi‑platform education and training solutions for its healthcare customers.

We are part of Communications International Group (CIG), a 40‑year‑old leader in media and education in the UK health sector. Our digital portfolio includes a network of public and private destinations with 90% market penetration. CIG also publishes market‑leading publications and hosts major industry awards and events.

Due to continuing growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager in our multi‑award‑winning team.

The role

You will work with leading healthcare brands on innovative product launches, playing a central role from idea development to activation. You will be part of an account management team, working under an account director, and be responsible for managing a range of services and projects for your clients on a day‑to‑day basis. Strong client‑facing and account management skills are crucial.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate who enjoys achieving growth and hitting revenue targets by promoting our services to potential clients, as well as managing a portfolio of accounts and supporting the creation of communications and learning products in a range of formats.
