• build and maintain strong relationships with agencies andtheir trading desks in the UK as well aslarge global brands with German media activity
• proactivelyidentifynew business opportunities by conducting market research and analysing industry trends
• work closely with the Programmatic Business Team, Sales and Marketing to develop data-driven advertising solutions
• coordinate and execute customer presentations and sales meetings to support successful campaigns
• negotiation and close programmatic deals while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the publisher
• use SSPs,internal reporting and CRMtools to monitor deal performance,identify optimisation opportunities and support day-to-day account management
• provide regular sales updates to the Head of Sales and travel to Germany and other relevant markets

• a completed degree in marketing, business administration or a comparable field
• experience in advertising gained on the agency, adtech or publisher sideand a knowledge of programmatic basics
• ideally have existingclientand agency contacts in London’s international media industry
• confidence in using CRM systems and other sales tools, as well as a knowledge of or interest in digital advertising platforms
• strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders
• a self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented working style
• fluent English skills and ideally German language skills at B1/B2 level
