Commercial Outbound Account Development Representative (ADR)

Kong is The AI Connectivity Company, scaling fast. The ADR is the front line of our growth, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across the EMEA commercial segment. This role offers a fast‑track career in tech sales with a company building the infrastructure that powers the agentic era.

• Build and run outbound campaigns end‑to‑end, from idea to qualified meeting
• Engage decision‑makers across the phone, email, Linked In, and video
• Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing, acting as a connector rather than just a top‑of‑funnel rep
• Keep Salesforce clean and manage a tight pipeline

• Language: Fluency in Dutch is essential
• Coachability: You take feedback well, apply it quickly, and actively ask for more
• Skills: Strong, clear, and confident communication, both in writing and on a call
• Curiosity: A genuine curiosity about technology – you don’t need to be an engineer, but you must want to understand what Kong does and why it matters
