Job Description

We are seeking a methodical professional to build and manage a sales pipeline, working directly with the Director, Germany. The role involves acquiring high‑value clients and exposing the titleholder to senior decision‑makers via phone and face‑to‑face interactions.

The Role
Key Role Objectives
  • Identify new potential customers and build a solid pipeline for outreach.
  • Sell delegates, co‑chairs and memberships for events and the Club over the phone and eventually in person.
  • Participate in developing the commercial strategy for the club in the territory.
  • Assist in producing high‑quality real‑estate investor forums by confirming a schedule of paying senior principals (100+ participants per programme).
  • Develop an in‑depth understanding of the markets and customers, building a strong network.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Financial performance of the club in the territory (event and membership revenue and conferences).
  • Customer feedback and satisfaction.
  • Depth of market knowledge, identification and capitalization of opportunities.
  • Quality and quantity of internal and external relationships.
  • Quality and quantity of contributions to the wider team and company.
  • Consistency and reliability of activity reporting.

Basic salary with an aggressive commission scheme based on performance.

Annual leave entitlement starts at 23 days per year with an additional day for each year of service, up to 26 days.

Health and dental insurance after the 1st year at the company.

The Candidate Suitability
  • Degree or Masters.
  • Engaged in current affairs.
  • Superior computer literacy, creative and up to date with current technology.
  • Ready and eager to globe‑trot.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
