New Business Manager City of London Flexible Workspace Provider £40,000 - £42,500
We re working with a fast-growing operator in the flexible workspace sector, known for design-led environments, strong member communities, and a premium hospitality-driven approach to work spaces.
This is a high-impact New Business / Sales Manager role focused on driving occupancy, revenue growth, and pipeline conversion across a portfolio of premium work spaces.
You ll own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and broker engagement through to negotiation, deal closure, and seamless handover to operations. This is a commercially focused role where relationship-building, market awareness, and closing ability are critical.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business across a portfolio of managed work spaces
- Manage end-to-end sales process including viewings, negotiation, and contract completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and corporate clients
- Develop targeted sales strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client experience
- Produce accurate pipeline reporting and forecast data for leadership teams
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within flexible workspace, real estate, hospitality, or high-value service environments
- Strong ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals independently
Confident relationship builder with brokers, agents, and corporate stakeholders - Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous)
