Regional Distributor Manager

As an ambitious global platform of companies focused on technologies that measure, monitor, and protect the environment and critical industrial infrastructure, we are looking for a new Regional Distributor Manager.

Responsible for the UK & Europe, ideally with European language skills, and undertaking regular travel, the Regional Distributor Manager is responsible for ensuring distributors are trained, trusted, partners, moving them into a high‑performing, self‑sufficient extension of our sales force.

The Role

The Regional Distributor Manager is responsible for driving revenue and growth through distributors in the UK and Europe, focusing on building pipeline, enabling partner sales teams, running disciplined operating rhythms, and getting in front of end customers to advance opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of the Regional Distributor Manager
  • Pipeline & Revenue: ensure reviews, qualify sales, implement strategy, remove blockers and drive closure
  • Partner Enablement: training and onboarding distributor sales teams to sell independently
  • Demand Generation: deliver webinars, product training and compliance, support campaigns and events
  • Customer Engagement: visit customers bringing your technical expertise, feedback customer insights to product and marketing teams
  • Partner Performance & Growth: build joint business plans, monitor distributor results, bring new partners if needed, act as primary liaison between the company and partner network.
About You

You will have strong experience of selling technical products into regulated industries (energy, terminals, chemicals, water, power, hazardous areas), familiarity with distribution networks, a good understanding of regulatory/compliance drivers (ATEX/IECEx, API, environmental standards) and experience with multi‑brand or portfolio selling and cross selling.
