Fragrance Specialist

Permanent, 37.5 hours/week, any 5 in 7 days
As a Fragrance Specialist, you will play a key role in elevating the fragrance category through immersive consultations, storytelling, and service‑led experiences that connect clients deeply with our brand. Whilst you will be a passionate champion for fragrance, your role also contributes to the overall success of the counter through the promotion of makeup and skincare. You will lead by example in delivering a best‑in‑class client experience, support business growth through innovative events, and act as a mentor and ambassador to colleagues.

- Build long‑lasting client relationships through a tailored, memorable experience both in‑store and through digital channels
- Deliver expert personalised fragrance consultations that captivate and educate clients
- Share product benefits, category knowledge, and application techniques with confidence to clients and colleagues
- Host masterclasses and in‑store events to elevate fragrance category
- Use clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and grow client portfolio
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets & KPIs

- Confidence in delivering fragrance workshops and engaging events
- A strong understanding of perfumery
- Experience in a client‑facing retail environment

- Providing coaching and guidance to team members on all aspects of fragrance, empowering them to confidently deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals
