UKI EAMM and Core Services Leader

Salary: £60, per year

• Experience in sales or account management
• Experience in a leadership role
• Experience working effectively across cross‑functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
• Relevant technical experience or knowledge is helpful
• Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects, or equivalent, is preferred
• Experience with cloud computing, web services, or related areas is preferred

• Help define the market segments, customer base, use cases, and industry verticals we target within the specialist domains
• Set a strategic business development plan to execute for target markets in line with regional and global strategic direction
• Execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders, including account teams, channel teams, service teams, partner teams, and support
• Identify specific prospects and partners to approach while communicating the specific value proposition for their business and use case
• Understand the technical requirements of our customers and work closely with internal development teams to guide the direction of our product offerings
• Lead a cross‑functional go‑to‑market team
• Partner with account and channel teams to define key market segments to target
• Drive business and technical relationships with customers and partners to establish new business
• Enable the account team to drive day‑to‑day interactions with prospects and build long‑term business opportunities
• Work closely with other specialist teams to develop and take solutions to market
• Work with product and service teams to help evolve products and services and address concerns

We are Amazon Web Services (AWS), and we are looking for a Head of EAMM and Core Services to help drive customer adoption across the UKI. This role focuses on engaging directly with C-level executives and influencers at all levels, supporting the adoption of cloud computing services for customers operating  will join a cross-functional team and collaborate closely with account, channel, specialist, product, service, and partner teams.
