The team you’ll be joining and the impact you’ll have
  • You’ll be joining our growing GTM team in London (currently 4 BDRs/4 AEs) as a Business Development Representative, working closely with Account Executives to drive new logo acquisition and pipeline growth.

  • Last year, we grew revenue by 480%, with a lot of promotions and commissions paid out to the team.

  • This is a true “hunter” role. You’ll have ownership over your territory and target accounts, with the autonomy to decide whom to pursue and how.

  • You’ll play a critical role in expanding V7’s footprint across key markets, while building deep knowledge of the AI landscape and how leading organisations adopt AI in practice.

What you’ll be doing from day one
  • Owning account planning and territory strategy, identifying and prioritising high-potential prospects.

  • Driving outbound activity through a mix of cold calls, Linked In outreach, and email to start meaningful conversations.

  • Handling inbound leads efficiently while maintaining a strong outbound cadence.

  • Working closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs and strong collaboration on target accounts.

  • Staying up to date on AI trends and industry developments to engage prospects with relevant, informed insights.

  • Participating in cross‑functional projects and initiatives as the GTM motion continues to evolve.

  • Maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene and disciplined pipeline management.

Who you are
  • Excited by AI and motivated to build expertise in a fast‑moving, technical space.

  • An ambitious BDR with experience in high‑growth startup, scale‑up, or hyper‑growth environments.

  • Experience in sales or business development within a SaaS company.

  • Confident communicator with strong listening and writing skills, comfortable engaging technical senior stakeholders (CTO, CIO, CDO).

  • A self‑starter with a strong track record of over achievement and resilience in outbound‑heavy roles.

  • Deeply pipeline‑driven – you live and breathe pipeline generation and understand its impact on revenue.

  • Highly organised, disciplined in your processes, and meticulous about CRM usage and prioritisation.
