About the Role

Knight Frank is launching a new Affiliate Broker model, created for experienced residential brokers who want to build their own business with the backing of one of the world’s most respected property brands. This role involves representing the Greenwich & Blackheath territory, operating independently while being fully aligned to Knight Frank’s global platform.

• Manage sales and lettings end‑to‑end, including prospecting, marketing, client interactions, and transaction completion.
• Grow your own pipeline and build a personal brand, backed by Knight Frank’s credibility, reach and infrastructure.
• Maintain and develop strong local knowledge and contacts within the South East markets.
• Collaborate with Knight Frank’s marketing, IT and compliance teams for support and best practices.

• Established residential sales and/or lettings professional.
• Strong local knowledge or ambition to own a defined market in the South East.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated and comfortable with a self‑employment model.
• Ability to manage a diary, client relationships and business growth independently.

• 50% commission on all completed deals.
• Referral income across Knight Frank’s global network.
• £7,500 marketing investment to launch and grow your presence.
• Full access to CRM, portals, marketing collateral, photography and floor plans.
• Worldwide referrals across 150+ service lines and 20,000 property professionals.
• Centralised compliance, admin and operational support to focus on clients.
