Field Sales Specialist

Stanley Black & Decker is expanding its Trade Support team in the United Kingdom and is looking for Field Sales Specialists to elevate customer relationships and drive sales success. The role requires a commercial focus, deep product knowledge, and the ability to provide expert support to end users, dealers, and industry stakeholders.

• Provide expert product support and solve technical challenges to boost customer adoption and efficiency.
• Deliver tailored training sessions on product use, safety, and certifications for optimal results.
• Conduct joint activities and lead product demonstrations at dealer events and showcases.
• Represent Stanley Black & Decker at industry events, engaging stakeholders and coordinating partner execution.
• Lead testing sessions and use consultative selling techniques to match customers with the right solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, offering ongoing support and gathering insights for product improvement.

• Recent business-related degree or early career experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or technical support within tools, industrial, or hardware sectors.
• Strong understanding of product applications and the ability to provide tailored solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging and training diverse audiences.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in organising and supporting events, including showcases, training sessions, and dealer activities.
• Full UK driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly across the UK.
