Overview
Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close for self-generated and inbound pipeline. Maintain a robust pipeline with 4× coverage and forecast with discipline. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly new business quotas. Prospect, qualify, and develop net-new opportunities across target verticals via strategic outreach (email, phone, Linked In, events).
Conduct discovery calls and tailored product demonstrations that connect Mention Me's value proposition to a prospect's commercial priorities. Build compelling business cases and ROI models for CFO and CMO level buy-in. Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals, managing legal, procurement, and executive relationships in parallel.
Responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close with minimal hand-holding.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly new business quotas.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline at 4× coverage and forecast accurately.
- Prospect, qualify, and develop net-new opportunities across target verticals via strategic outreach (email, phone, Linked In, events).
- Conduct high-impact discovery calls and tailored product demonstrations.
- Construct ROI models and business cases for investment at CFO/CMO level.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder deals with legal, procurement, and executive relationships in parallel.
- Collaborate with Partner & Alliances to source and co-sell deals; build relationships with senior agencies and technology partners to sustain top-of-funnel pipeline.
- Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene (Hub Spot); log interactions, next steps, and deal updates; review performance weekly and raise performance levels.
- Share best practices, deal stories, and objection-handling playbooks; coach junior team members; contribute to evolving the sales process.
- 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or Mar Tech with a demonstrable track record of quota over achievement.
- Proven ability to run complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with deal values of £50k ARR+.
- Hunter mentality; you generate pipeline and do not wait for it. Intrinsically motivated with high personal standards.
- Exceptional commercial acumen; ability to position ROI with rigor.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
- Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting; know where every deal stands and why.
- Desirable: experience selling into CMOs at e-commerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer brands; familiarity with advocacy/customer acquisition ecosystems; comfortable operating in fast-scaling environments.
- Independent point of view on sales and market strategy.
