DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Strategic Sales Manager is responsible for driving enterprise demand, end‑customer engagement, pipeline creation and sales execution for the business across Exclusive Networks. Operating within a distributor‑led go‑to‑market model, the role works alongside strategic partners to identify, develop and close opportunities with end customers. The role provides day‑to‑day leadership, coaching, direction and performance management for Territory Sales Managers operating across key countries and country clusters, ensuring consistent execution, forecast accuracy and sustainable growth across the practice.

- 5-8 years of enterprise technology, SaaS or software sales experience.
- Experience leading sales professionals and coaching high‑performance teams.
- Strong experience working with both channel partners and end customers.
- Track record of developing and closing complex enterprise opportunities.
- Experience in distribution, vendor, reseller or channel‑focused environments desirable.
- Work with strategic partners to identify target accounts and growth opportunities.
- Engage directly with customer executives alongside partners to develop opportunities.
