Sales Executive

Role Summary

Join Smollan's Brew Dog Grocery team and help shape the next chapter for one of the UK's most recognised craft beer brands.

This role involves regular lifting and moving stock, promotional displays and point‑of‑sale materials.

• Build great relationships with store managers and key decision makers
• Grow Brew Dog's visibility, availability and sales within major grocery retailers
• Secure additional displays and promotional space
• Merchandise stock and maintain excellent on‑shelf availability
• Introduce new products and promotional activity into stores
• Share category and product insights with retailers
• Gather competitor information and identify new sales opportunities
• Manage your own territory, planning your schedule to deliver outstanding results

• Loves building relationships and influencing others
• Enjoys working independently and managing their own territory
• Has grocery, sales, retail, hospitality or customer‑facing experience
• Is commercially aware and enjoys achieving targets
• Can spot opportunities and take action
• Is organised, self‑motivated, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
• A full UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months is essential

Salary: £28,000 per annum + up to 20% bonus (OTE £33,600) + Company Car.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
