Location: City of Westminster
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with strategic mobile‑first partners across the globe, including smartphone manufacturer Motorola and US‑based carriers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, proactively improving results and determining optimisation paths.
- Conduct in‑person meetings with partner stakeholders and prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews.
- Develop strong relationships at all levels of partner organisations.
- Provide strategic consultation to partners, update on new product capabilities, and identify new growth areas.
- Collaborate with the Technical Account Management team to deliver end‑to‑end account management across commercial and technical ownership.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Taboola’s R&D and Product teams to co‑create products that meet partner needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Taboola’s business, technology, revenue model, and client needs to identify opportunities and grow the partnership.
- Open support tickets and handle technical set‑up requirements.
- Work with Product Management on A/B testing and optimisation initiatives.
- Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, building relationships with senior executives and diverse internal bodies.
- Strong technical understanding, able to explain solutions and collaborate with technical teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, providing ongoing reporting, data analysis, trend identification, and metric improvement.
- Track record of closing business and driving long, complex sales cycles.
- Highly motivated, proactive, resourceful, creative, detail‑oriented, and a self‑starter capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel up to twice per quarter.
