Job Overview
An opportunity to be part of the expansion of Galderma's consumer brands portfolio within the Grocery Channel based in London. The Senior National Account Manager drives retail sell‑out, grows market share, and manages the P&L down to gross margin for Galderma.
Key Responsibilities- Drive retail sell‑out and grow market share in grocery accounts.
- Manage the P&L down to gross margin, including proactive management of other lines that influence sales.
- Build bottom‑up customer account plans aligned with Consumer Business Unit objectives and customer strategies.
- Develop and execute category growth plans based on consumer, shopper, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and maintain productive business relationships.
- Present and deliver in‑store vision of success for each category at each customer.
- Execute promotional guidelines and evaluate ROI of trade investments, amending the in‑year to‑go plan as necessary.
- Create customer‑focused commercial propositions that support annual brand plans.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of marketplace, brands, and customers for effective market intelligence.
- Adhere to all company principles and policies, including local Sales policy, Trade Terms, safety, and legal regulations.
- Use data and analytics to drive decisions and maximize results to achieve KPIs.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with various stakeholder styles.
- Degree‑level education in business, economics, administration, or related commercial field.
- Commercial experience in FMCG sales, with ability to analyse and interpret data.
- Excellent knowledge of the UK customer/FMCG market; skin‑care experience is a plus.
- Strong planning, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated and autonomous, with a passion for the beauty industry and awareness of industry trends.
- Ability to listen actively and interact effectively with diverse interpersonal styles.
