Sales Associate – Wines & Spirits

We are seeking a full‑time Sales Associate to join our prestigious Wines & Spirits department, home to over 1,400 wines and 400 varieties of spirits.

You will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences by providing world‑class service, sharing your expertise, and representing the Harrods brand.

• Provide world‑class customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge across wines and spirits.
• Advise customers on wines and spirits based on their preferences.
• Understand principles of wine storage, service, and food pairing.

This role is fully on site, working 5 days out of a 7‑day week.

• Must have a passion for wines and spirits, ideally with prior experience in the industry.
• Be open‑minded, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
• Enjoy storytelling and bringing products to life for customers.
• Possess technical knowledge of wines and spirits (WSET Level 2 or 3, or similar qualifications, are a plus but not essential).
• Highly organized to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
• Work collaboratively and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

Minimum salary of £29,988 plus commission, along with access to Harrods benefits and generous store discounts.
