Conservatory Design Sales Executive

Overview

We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Conservatory Sales Executives to join our team.

This is a self-employed position, offering the freedom to manage your own schedule and the potential for uncapped earnings!

We are looking to grow our team of dedicated Conservatory Sales Executives.

• Receive industry-leading training to gain in-depth knowledge of bespoke living space and conservatory products, and present designs confidently to customers.
• Follow up on warm sales leads and visit customers in their own homes.
• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand specific requirements and design preferences.
• Provide expert advice on conservatory options, materials, and design possibilities.
• Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals tailored to each customer's needs.
• Educate customers about products and services offered, think on your feet, and cross-sell other products where appropriate.

• Self-motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level.
• A keen eye for design and the ability to translate customer preferences into bespoke conservatory plans with CAD.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers and build rapport.
• Proven experience in sales and negotiation, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.
• Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service.
• Ideally experienced in Home Improvements (or similar).
• Driver with a full UK driving licence and own car.
