• Drive business growth by increasing sales volumes and securing new business within the Prestige & Luxury on-trade sector (pubs, bars, restaurants).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and company objectives.
• Launch new producers into the market and develop brand plans and strategy across key regions.
• Collaborate with the team to understand and communicate the unique stories of the wine selections.
• Regularly meet with customers to discuss product offerings, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Represent the brand at tastings, events, and industry gatherings.

• A proven track record in sales within the wine, spirits, or premium beverage industry.
• A strong network of contacts in high-end bars and restaurants.
• Deep knowledge and passion for global wines, including artisanal and premium categories.
• Ability to sell wine with a demonstrable track record in negotiations and pricing.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
