No previous sales experience is required, full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop new skills and build a long-term career.

Working alongside an experienced team, you will learn all aspects of sales support, customer service, account management, and business development within a professional office environment.

• Based near the Heathrow area
• Full time

• Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of customer quotations.
• Supporting the sales team with day‑to‑day account management activities.
• Building strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identifying potential opportunities to generate new business.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Updating and maintaining customer records within the CRM system.
• Producing reports and assisting with sales administration duties.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries efficiently.
