Senior Sales Manager – 12‑month fixed‑term Maternity Cover

Expected start date:
July 2026.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for all activities related to group and catering sales function, and revenue generation from all sales territories.
• This role focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives and personal booking goals.
• Ideally you’re a luxury hotel pro and a natural salesperson who brings it all to life for our clients.
• That means developing creative ways to maximize profit, achieving set revenue goals, and supporting the financial, business and marketing objectives for groups, meetings, events and other gatherings.

• Passionate about hospitality sales and food & beverage and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable position and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A post‑secondary diploma or degree in a field of study related to this profession would be a plus.
• Extensive hotel sales experience within the luxury market; demonstrated strong leadership and selling skills; and proven achievements in selling, optimizing guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• An expert in Group Sales, Catering & Event Sales, a strong leader, natural salesperson and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Delphi, HMS and Cvent would be a plus.
• Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekdays, weekends and holidays.
