Sales Manager

Are you a commercially driven Sales professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and corporate travel? We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager - Corporate Transient & Luxury TMC's to drive revenue growth across our Lifestyle Hotels UK portfolio by developing strategic partnerships, winning new business, and managing key corporate and luxury travel accounts.

Working closely with the Director of Sales and Commercial teams, you will focus on increasing market share within the Corporate Transient, Luxury TMC, Consortia and Agency segments while positioning our 3 Lifestyle Hotels as preferred partners within the travel industry.

Key Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a focused sales strategy targeting Corporate Transient, Luxury TMC, Consortia and Agency markets.
• Drive room revenue, ADR and market share growth through proactive business development and strategic account management.
• Identify, secure and grow new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and market intelligence.
• Manage a portfolio of key corporate and luxury travel accounts, creating tailored account plans and growth strategies.
• Negotiate corporate agreements, preferred partnerships and commercial opportunities to maximise revenue.
