Location: City Of London
Our client in Rainham, Essex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to manage customer relationships, generate quotations, process orders and support the external sales team.
You will handle inquiries by phone and email, maintain CRM data, identify sales opportunities, and coordinate with Technical Support, Logistics and Procurement.
Hours are 37.5 per week with flexible start times; the role offers an immediate start and an initial 6-month contract with potential extension.
