Senior Sales Manager – Hospitality London | Up to £65,000 (DOE) + Excellent Career Progression

We are working with a fantastic independent pub group with a portfolio of premium venues across London, who are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven hospitality sales professional to take ownership of sales across a multi-site business, working closely with venue teams to maximise revenue, develop relationships and support future growth.

This is a highly hands‑on role, with the successful candidate working across both the central office and venues.

You will be a visible presence within the business, building strong relationships with General Managers and teams on‑site, identifying opportunities and driving sales performance across the portfolio.

The role comes with a clear progression plan, with the opportunity to step into a Head of Sales position within 15-18 months for the right individual.

The Ideal Candidate :
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within hospitality, venues, restaurants, pubs or events.
  • Strong multi‑site experience, with a track record of driving sales across multiple locations.
  • A hands‑on, proactive and commercially minded approach.
  • An outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience working within an independent hospitality business where autonomy and initiative are valued.
  • Someone who is ambitious, motivated and looking to progress into a senior leadership role.
The Role:
  • Lead and drive sales performance across a portfolio of London venues.
  • Work closely with venue teams to maximise private dining, events and corporate opportunities.
  • Spend time across sites, building relationships and supporting teams to achieve commercial targets.
  • Manage and develop 1 direct report.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long‑term client partnerships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to support business growth.
  • Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the sales function.
