Overview

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet branch targets and objectives
  • Support the sales team in managing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members and management to ensure alignment on goals
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare performance reports for review
  • Organize training sessions and motivational activities to enhance team skills and morale
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing timely resolutions and information
  • Contribute to the implementation of promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives
  • Maintain organized documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administrative roles within a sales or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages is preferred to serve diverse clients effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and management
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Multilingual capabilities are considered an asset for engaging with a broad client base
