Job Summary
Our Harrods Menswear department is looking for outgoing, creative and engaging sales associates to create a magical, personalised experience for customers and represent leading brands within sports, outdoor, loungewear, contemporary, international and designer collections.
Responsibilities- Provide customers with exceptional service including greeting, offering a personalised experience, and assisting in product selection.
- Maintain store visual standards and brand presentations.
- Demonstrate product knowledge for a range of luxury menswear brands.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s performance.
- Offer styling advice for special occasions and general shopping.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, particularly within sports.
- Proven experience within fashion or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate as part of a team.
- Resilient, confident, and able to overcome challenges.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
