New exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced LUXURY LADIESWEAR

SENIOR CLIENT ADVISOR based in an exquisite concession boutique on the ‘Super Brands’ floor within Harrods

Our client a global luxury designer brand that has an amazing heritage and reputation. They are revered globally for its artistic feminine designs. The luxury boutique will have LTRW, Couture, Shoes, Leather Goods, Accessories and Fragrance. The alluring interior design is breath taking and will enable the team to enhance the welcoming ambiance.

The Senior Client Advisor is a true brand ambassador responsible for ensuring the client journey upholds the brands rich heritage, from service excellence, follow up and building a long-lasting connection with clients.

Also, responsible for operational and commercial duties such as visual

merchandising, maintaining store standards and involvement with deliveries and inventories.

The Role:

• Reporting to the Store Director, and will be part of a team of 10
• Achieving weekly / monthly store targets with the team
• Providing service excellence to every client, from welcome and approach, creating a bond, discovery moments and long-lasting relationships.
• Achieving individual and team sales and client targets, based on the available data to better understand own performance and sales opportunities.
• Create an engaging and genuine client experience, offering A
  * class service to privatively recruit new and existing clients.
• Having an in-depth knowledge and appreciation for the heritage and history of the brand, having a hunger for knowledge and using these elements to share the legacy and vision with our clients.
• Maintain a professional and immaculate presentation when on the sales floor and respecting the guidelines when it comes to product presentation and etiquette.
• Introducing opportunities, events and new collection to our clients, being able to work individually and proactively on your client networking.
• Confidence in proposing cross category offer to your clients, with the ability to handle objections and find solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 2 years prior experience selling & styling luxury designer ladieswear
• Proven track record in building and maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with clients
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Strong track record of individual performance, with an understanding of individual areas of improvement
• Advanced knowledge in LRTW styling and wardrobe mastery
• Flexibility to work varied hours/days, including weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proven track record of effectively working within a team, contributing to ideas and supporting colleagues when needed.
• Strong sales techniques and clientelling
• LRTW orientated (experience in haute couture or high fine jewellery is advantageous)
• Experience in pinning / fitting to assist with alterations is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Warm and friendly personality that can build relationships easily
• Fluent in English (written and oral), additional languages is a plus

Additional the basic salary is: 1% Commission on all sales, bonus, free uniform, and excellent Incentives & benefits package.
