Company Description

Capitex Group is an FCA-authorised foreign exchange and international payments institution that delivers currency and treasury solutions to businesses operating across borders. The company supports fast-growing SMEs and established international operators with tailored services across FX risk management, global and named virtual accounts, mass payments, treasury services, and white-label partnerships. Capitex Group combines institutional-grade infrastructure with the agility of a specialist provider, taking time to understand clients’ cash flow, currency exposure, and growth plans.

Solutions are structured with a strong focus on regulatory rigour and operational transparency. The company is headquartered in the City of London and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA Reg. 944249).

Role Description

The Key Account Manager - White Label Partnerships is a full-time, on-site role based in the City of London. The role involves managing and growing strategic white-label partner relationships, serving as the primary contact for key accounts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality FX and payments solutions. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new partners, coordinating with internal teams to implement tailored products, monitoring performance against agreed KPIs, and identifying opportunities to deepen partner engagement and revenue.

The Key Account Manager will prepare account plans, conduct regular business reviews, and provide ongoing market and product updates to partners. This position also requires close collaboration with product, operations, and compliance to ensure partner needs are met within regulatory and operational frameworks.

  • Experience negotiating and closing commercial agreements with clients.
  • Comfort operating in a regulated environment, with a working understanding of FCA-regulated payments and FX (or a fast ability to learn).
  • A self-starter who can originate opportunities independently, balanced with the relationship skills to manage and grow existing accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders and partner MDs.
  • A commercial, numbers-driven mindset - comfortable owning pipeline, margin and revenue targets.
