I'm currently recruiting for a global market-leading auction company specialising in agricultural machinery, construction equipment and industrial plant.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Territory Manager to cover Kent and the wider South East
.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has strong contacts within the agricultural, plant or heavy equipment sector and wants to take their earning potential to the next level.
The earning potential here is HUGE!
The role comes with uncapped commission
, with experienced Territory Managers earning £100k–£150k+ OTE once their territory is established. For the right person with the network, drive and ambition, there is genuinely no ceiling on earnings
.
- Securing agricultural & heavy equipment consignments
- Developing new business across Kent & the South East
- Building relationships with farmers, contractors, dealers & machinery owners
- Growing an existing industry network
- Attending customer visits, auctions & industry events
- Identifying new market opportunities
- Maximising equipment consignments across the company’s global auction network
- 4+ years’ experience within agriculture, plant, machinery or heavy equipment
- A strong network of industry contacts
- A genuine passion and understanding of machinery
- An entrepreneurial, self-motivated approach
- The confidence to work autonomously in a field-based role
- Full UK driving licence
- 10% commission on auction profit generated
- 30 days annual leave
- Excellent long-term career progression
