Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission (Double OTE)
About the CompanyOur client is an established international events business delivering conferences and summits to senior decision-makers across global markets. They operate within fast-growing sectors including AI, technology, and digital innovation.
The RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a successful and growing team.
This role will focus on generating sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of international events. You will be responsible for both new business development and managing existing client relationships, selling high-value sponsorship packages to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Driving sponsorship revenue across multiple events
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Managing and growing existing client accounts
- Selling tailored sponsorship packages to meet client needs
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers and C-level contacts
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery
- Meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Previous experience in event sales or sponsorship sales is essential
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach
- Interest in technology or AI sectors is beneficial
- £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission structure (double OTE)
