• Guide customers through the complete vehicle sales journey
• Manage showroom, telephone and online sales enquiries
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
• Present relevant additional products based on customer needs
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales professionally
• Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups and sales administration
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while delivering excellent customer service

• Previous automotive sales or similar high-value sales experience
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Confidence managing enquiries and closing sales
• Commercially focused with strong organisation and follow-up skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK
