Sales Support £40,000 - £50,000 London, UK Permanent - Hybrid Working

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Sales professional to join a growing AI business and support its expanding sales function. This is a hands-on role covering sales support, CRM systems, reporting and wider office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Support the sales team with pitches, client follow-ups, onboarding and trials.
• Own and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate, data and processes.
• Produce sales reports and dashboards, tracking activity, targets and performance.
• Use Excel to analyse data and provide accurate reporting.
• Support marketing campaigns, sales collateral and industry events.
• Provide wider administrative support to the senior leadership team.
• Oversee daily office operations, suppliers, building management and maintenance.
• Handle confidential information and support ad-hoc projects as the business grows.

• Previous experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Commercial Coordination or a similar role supporting a revenue-generating team.
• Strong CRM experience and confident taking ownership of systems.
• Excellent Excel and reporting skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and commercially aware.
• Comfortable working across multiple priorities and teams.
• Hands-on and adaptable.
• Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a startup business is advantageous.
