The Role

As a Haematology & CAR T Integrated Healthcare Manager, you'll own the full commercial picture - from strategic account planning and sales execution to local market access. You'll be a trusted disease expert, a relationship builder, and a data-driven decision-maker, delivering a seamless omnichannel experience to the right HCPs at the right time.

Field based covering South UK:
London, Bristol, Southampton, Reading & surrounds

What You'll Do
  • Drive sales & access - build and execute tailored strategic account plans to hit territory objectives
  • Own your market - analyse the environment, identify barriers, and create pathway solutions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be the expert - bring deep clinical and CAR T knowledge to every customer interaction, face-to-face and virtually
  • Think commercially - translate insights into payer value propositions and secure formulary access
  • Lead with integrity - operate fully in line with AB
