Business Development Manager - BTL & Bridging

Location: London Head Office / Field Based
Salary: Up to £65,000 depending on experience

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded BDM - Bridging & BTL to join our Lending team and play a key role in driving business growth across the UK.

This is a field-based business development role, focused on building strong, long-term relationships with brokers and introducers and generating high-quality new lending opportunities across Bridging and Buy-to-Let.

You will be the face of the Bank in the broker market, developing new relationships, strengthening existing partnerships and helping brokers navigate the lending journey from initial opportunity through to completion.

The successful candidate will be proactive, relationship-led and commercially driven, with a strong understanding of the specialist lending market and a proven track record of delivering against business development targets.
