Are you brilliant with clients, highly organised and the sort of person who can keep ten things moving at once without dropping the ball?

We’re recruiting an Account Manager to join the Client Services team of a growing, innovative business working with an impressive portfolio of established clients.

This isn’t a hard-sales role. It’s about owning client relationships, managing projects from brief through to delivery, solving problems and making sure clients receive an exceptional level of service.

You’ll become the trusted day-to-day contact for a portfolio of accounts, working closely with clients, internal teams and external suppliers to turn briefs into successful projects.

If you enjoy being at the centre of things like talking to clients, coordinating multiple projects, keeping deadlines on track and finding solutions when priorities change, this could be a great move.

What will you be doing?
  • Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of established clients
  • Acting as the main point of contact from initial brief through to project delivery
  • Understanding client requirements and turning them into clear, actionable briefs
  • Coordinating multiple projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously
  • Scheduling work and proactively keeping projects moving
  • Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and external partners
  • Keeping clients informed and managing expectations throughout the process
  • Helping clients identify the right solutions rather than simply processing requests
  • Managing quotations, purchase orders and invoicing requirements
  • Attending occasional client and supplier meetings
  • Spotting potential issues early and finding practical solutions
  • Contributing ideas to improve workflow and the overall client experience
What are we looking for?

More than anything, we’re looking for someone who is warm, confident, organised and genuinely good with people.

You’ll probably be someone who enjoys a busy environment and gets satisfaction from bringing order to lots of moving parts.

You’ll ideally have:
  • Experience in Account Management, Client Services, Project Coordination or a similar client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience managing several projects or client requirements at the same time
  • A proactive approach - you don’t wait to be chased
  • The confidence to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Commercial awareness, including some exposure to quotations, purchase orders and invoices
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
  • A calm, practical and solutions-focused approach when things get busy

Experience with in packaging, print, manufacturing, logistics, creative agencies or another project-led environment would be advantageous, but it isn’t essential.

We’re much more interested in finding someone with the right client skills, organisation, energy and attitude who can learn the technical side of the business.

Experience using Mondaycom, Basecamp or similar project management systems would also be useful.

Why join?

You’ll be joining an established and supportive Client Services team within a business that is continuing to grow.

The company has built its reputation around two things: innovation and unrivalled service.

That means constantly looking for better ways to do things while never losing sight of the client. Listening, anticipating, communicating and delivering exceptionally well are at the heart of how the business operates.

For the right Account Manager, this is an opportunity to take ownership of interesting client relationships, work on varied projects and become an important part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
